After having spent 10 months in quarantine, I look back and be thankful to have counted my blessings during pandemic!! Drive to Scale is predominant in every perspective- How we scale in your personal life pertaining to growth, contentment or how the world economy is scaling to embrace building a successful company isn’t just about growth – it’s about scale. Our drive for success simply can’t steer us wrong right now, so we tend to think new and exciting ways to bring happiness, growth and contentment. No one knows exactly what will come, but we adhere to adapt to the unknown ways that society—government, healthcare, the economy, our lifestyles—will change.

Its True Crisis creates more opportunity:

Revived appreciation for Outdoors. More Time out in Nature is an expected benefit and can be restorative to mental health.

Few availed the Opportunity of Living the life to the Full and Working from Anywhere can be a possibility.

Switching to Innovative Digital lifestyle. Question lied how to inculcate healthy yet innovative Digital lifestyle. One function of the shutdown was leading to adapt to other applications like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Hangout Meet to take the plunge and learn. What we learn is it’s not as hard as we thought.

Importance of telemedicine. Never realized earlier telemedicine and consultation can be effective as well. Physical presence was always given weightage before pandemic.

No wonder, Walmart, eBay, Amazon have boomed their businesses- Physical touch and feel of the shopping spree is always in our minds but switching to online shopping has made our lives convenient and more attractive. I am proud of my clients to flourish in pandemic and make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Balancing Home-work Life. Realizing the importance of connecting with family and friends and creating a successful balance between home and work life is of utmost importance for creating sanity and happiness.

Successful transitioning done by Students and School teachers and to continue inculcating values, quality work and discipline. Advances in Videoconferencing and Zoom, Google- Hangout classroom sessions have been predominant.A chance given to Virtual Reality or Virtual Presence a Boon- It gave us enjoy experiences which we normally didn’t realize to be so much productive and full of fun. It gave us an opportunity to rethink and see how we could enjoy with family, friends and social network in a more innovative way and helped us connect amicably.

Few Small Businesses flourished with tons of demand for Masks. Tons of Masks were customized for marriage purposes, corporate gifts etc.

Businesses started thinking towards Scaling growth by creating business models and designing organizations in a way that easily scales in order to generate consistent revenue growth and avoid stall-points without adding a ton of extra cost and/or resources along the way.
